- You’ll receive a response within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Free returns for defective or incorrect items.
- For other reasons (e.g., buyer’s remorse), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value.
- You may be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized, perishable, and opened hygiene-related products cannot be returned.
- “Final sale” items are also non-refundable and will be clearly marked.
International Orders
- We accept international returns following the same policy.
