  • You’ll receive a response within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Free returns for defective or incorrect items.
  • For other reasons (e.g., buyer’s remorse), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value.
  • You may be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, perishable, and opened hygiene-related products cannot be returned.
  • “Final sale” items are also non-refundable and will be clearly marked.

International Orders

  • We accept international returns following the same policy.
